Following breakfast today its time to get on your bike.
We cycle through the vineyards of the Cote de Beaune. (For those who wish not to cycle alternative transport will be arranged). There are as many breaks and coffee stops as you wish. We arrive at Remigny for lunch at L’Escale– a lovely country restaurant on the banks of the Middle Burgundy canal. After lunch the options are to cycle back to Beaune for those that want to or travel back to Beaune via a vehicle.
After an afternoon rest we have dinner at Lameloise (Michelin***). This is in the village of Chagny. There are only 27 three star Michelin restaurants in France and this is one of the best known ones and also has held its 3 stars for longer then any other. It also frequently appears in the top 10 restaurants in the world and I have seen it rated number one by some writers.
