- Explanation as to how Burgundy wines are named/labelled
- Tasting of wines to show increasing quality from Bourgogne to Grand Cru. Tasting is of both red and white wines.

- Grand Cru Tasting – Visit the vineyards of the Grand Crus Chambertin and Musigny and drink the wine at the vineyard
- Clos de Vougeot – Visit this iconic vineyard and tour the monks wine making facility
- Vosne Romanee – Visit this famous village and taste the legendary wine – Richebourge
- Lunch and Wine Tasting – Comte de Senard (Aloxe Corton) tasting their Grand Crus
