Following breakfast today we spend a few hours in the Cooks Atelier with Marjorie Taylor. Marjorie has an interactive cooking school where you will be involved in preparing lunch. The Atelier is on the second floor of a lovely apartment in the middle of Beaune. This activity is non threatening for those who may not spend a lot of time in the kitchen. We then enjoy the lunch that you have prepared.
Marjorie also has a shop attached to the Atelier where she sells cuisine related equipment and has her book, co authored with her daughter, available.
Lunch is a relaxed and long and we arrive back at La Terre D’Or quite late in the afternoon. There is no organised dinner as we have found further eating is the last thing on peoples minds.
